Uvira, South Kivu in DRC: Aerial view of the city of Uvira in South Kivu. With almost one million inhabitants, the second largest urban area of the Province to the East of the Democratic Republic of the Congo is bordered by the majestic Lake Tanganyika, one of the main sources of income of the inhabitants, despite the risks of erosion it poses.
